Introduction To Freediving
Through this class, joiner will be able to learn the basics of freediving in our 2-day course. This class includes a theory class and 3 open water sessions.

Fun Dive
This event is open to all joiners done with their introduction to freedive class regardless of which school they initially joined. This is a 2-day event where joiners will explore dive sites in Mabini, Batangas.

Molchonovs Freedive Certifications
Level up your freediving skills by enrolling in a Molchanovs Wave 1 and/or Wave 2 certification course.
Course Descriptions:
🌊 Wave 1 (Beginner)
- Learn the basics of freediving and discover your natural freediving ability
- Learn techniques to hold your breath beyond a minute and a half
- Topics: physics and physiology of freediving; an introduction to freediving equalization; relaxation and breathing techniques; and rescue and safety procedures
- Learn how to freedive to a depth of 12-20 meters in open water
🌊🌊 Wave 2 (Intermediate)
- Learn how to train your body for freediving and how to hold your breath for more than two and a half minutes
- Topics: pre-dive optimization; improvement of Frenzel equalization; no fins technique; and introduction to the Monofin.
- Master the skills and knowledge needed to freedive comfortably to a depth of 24-30 meters in open water
Line And Pool Training
This class is good for freedivers aiming to improve their freedive skills such as equalization, proper form, breathing, finning, and visualization techniques. This class is to be guided by our certified Molchanovs Freedive Instructor.
Boat Dive
Embark on an exhilarating freediving boat dive, exploring the underwater world without scuba gear. Guided by experts, you'll board a boat and venture to carefully selected dive sites. Equipped with a mask, snorkel, and fins, you'll descend on a single breath. Witness vibrant coral reefs, schools of fish, and graceful marine creatures like dolphins. Communication with dive buddies and safety divers ensures your safety. The duration of the dive depends on your abilities, allowing time for relaxation between dives. It's a unique opportunity to challenge your limits, experience weightlessness, and immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of the ocean depths.
